Senior Residences

San Jacinto Senior Citizen Community
In 1996, the Avenida's first low-income senior residence, the San Jacinto Senior Citizen Community, was developed with major funding support from the State of Texas.

 

JT Brackenridge Homes

The new JT Brackenridge Affordable green Subdivision occupies a portion of the former Alazan-Apache Courts complete with some streets named after former residents.
