3rd Annual Neighborhood Holiday Lighting

Our 3rd Annual Neighborhood Holiday Lighting on December 9th was a success! This FREE event included pictures with Santa, games, refreshments and music. We had over 500 people from the community join us to kick off the holiday season in the Plaza Guadalupe.

Playground Build Day Success!

Avenida teamed up with KaBOOM!, Kool-Aid and H-E-B to bring a new playground to the Plaza Guadalupe on Wednesday, August 10th. Over 200 volunteers took part in the community build. Click here to read the recap on our blog and check out the photos on our Facebook page.

Computer Centers Launched

Avenida has launched three free access computer centers located at the Guadalupe Street Coffeehouse at 1320 Guadalupe Street, the Margarita Huantes Learning Center at 1411 Guadalupe Street and the Parian Business Center at 1410 Guadalupe Street.
